Join our team and start your journey today! **As** **Cost/Operations Financial Analyst, you will:** * Provide detailed cost analysis for new models. Review the purchased parts, bill of material structure, and operational router assignments. * Work in partnership with the plant controllers, product planning and the operations finance organizations to ensure the accuracy of the annual standard cost setting process. Facilitate standard cost discussions. Proactively seek to improve the accuracy and transparency of the standard cost setting process and implement best in class solutions. * Perform MPV (Material Price Variance) analysis to identify cost drivers and support purchasing and production decisions. * Conduct E&O (Excess and Obsolete) inventory analysis to assess risk, support reserve calculations, and highlight opportunities to reduce waste. * Provide cost accounting guidance across multiple sites and assist plant finance teams in the analysis, preparation and reporting of cost, variances and operational performance. * Analyze and reconcile inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness in support of monthly financial reporting.
