Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Role** Tétris Deisgn & Build is looking for a _**Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator**_ to work on several Corporate Office and Commercial sector Interior / Fit Out / Refurbishment projects. **What this job involves** * Excellent take-off skills are required from both accuracy and speed perspectives. * Preparation of Budget estimates. * Preparation of procurement documentation. * Tender evaluations. * Preparation of contract Documents. * Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors. * Review costs in conjunction with budgets. * Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork. * Attending design team meetings. * Be a strong team player and have the willingnesss to learn. * Represent the company professionally and diligently at all times. **Sound like you?
