Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years’ experience in cost management, grasp of pre‑contract and post‑contract cost management processes, communication, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills, Native proficiency in local language and business‑level proficiency in English
Nice to Have
ideally in industrial, advanced manufacturing, high‑tech, or engineering‑driven construction projects, Comfortable working in environments with complex scopes, technical equipment installations, or phased construction
