What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 years professional experience related to Cost Management, Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any degree relevant to the, Fluent in English, Ability to work under pressure to deliver, Good communication skills and has experience explaining concepts, methodologies and their deliverables to, client management, change management, teamwork & team management, Microsoft skills, specifically excel & PowerPoint, CostX, Knowledge of AutoCAD

What You'll Do.
Conduct feasibility studies
Prepare procurement and cost advisory reports
Review Data Center construction and MEP design documentation
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs
Prepare contract documentation
Prepare detailed cost estimates
Manage estimating and cost planning activities
Lead procurement and contracting strategy
Administer post-contract cost control
Implement change management processes
Assess and value change orders
Maintain project budgets
Manage progress assessments
Prepare monthly post-contract cost reports
Prepare cash flow forecasts
Prepare cost-to-complete analyses
Negotiate and agree final accounts
Develop and maintain client relationships
Provide reporting on estimated cost vs budget
Identify risks and opportunities
Lead and mentor a cost management team
Support staff management activities
Contribute to knowledge management
Support financial management activities
Identify and implement process improvements
Liaise with site managers
Review and approve subcontractor proposals
Advise on forecast cost risks
Travel to project sites
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engaging Turner & Townsend’s specialist teams; Liaise closely with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors; Coordination with construction and commissioning teams; Acting as a key interface across all stages of the Data Center project lifecycle; Presenting findings to the client and senior leadership; Working with product team

Good communication skills; Experience explaining concepts, methodologies and their deliverables to clients; Presenting findings to the client and senior leadership
