What You'll Do.

Prepare Cost Management reports

Interface with client and consultants

Assist in construction market research

Assist in developing new business opportunities

Input key information into internal databases

Ensure compliance with quality standards

Assist on feasibility studies

Write procurement reports

Estimate and cost plan

Present final cost plan

Validate post contract cost changes

Input into value engineering

Input into life cycle costing

Manage commissions to quality standards

Ensure efficient commission completion

Ensure timely commission completion

Ensure service delivery in line with appointment
