Develop annual budget plans, Manage budget vs.
actuals, Explain budget vs.
actuals to Finance team, Negotiate costs with external vendors, Negotiate wages with workers, Negotiate compensation for unmet volume forecasts, Manage new initiatives, Participate in daily business reviews, Organize data for wage negotiations, Share negotiation results with Finance team, Execute internal approval processes, Estimate and acquire additional required budget.
