Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, +5 years’ experience in cost estimating for large-scale construction projects, Experience in Data centres, understanding of cost estimating principles, quantity take-offs, building systems, Knowledge of procurement strategies, contract structures, Experience supporting value engineering, feasibility studies, cost optimisation initiatives, Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, client-facing abilities, Highly organised, ability to manage multiple priorities, Fluent in English, Fluent in Spanish
Nice to Have
CSA exposure to MEP costs is advantageous, Proficiency in Microsoft, experience with tools such as AutoCAD or Navisworks is preferred

Prepare detailed construction estimates
Perform quantity take-offs
Perform cost validations
Analyse contractor proposals
Contribute to benchmarking
Apply historical metrics
Participate in value engineering workshops
Identify cost optimisation opportunities
Support feasibility studies
Support early-stage cost modelling
Maintain clear communication
Assist in preparation of procurement documentation
Assist in preparation of tender documentation
Support procurement activities
Support prequalification
Support bid list development
Support tender reporting
Support contract documentation
Collaborate with internal cost management teams
Ensure compliance with SOX controls
