What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 Years relevant experience, minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Middle East, Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, Demonstrate interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills, background in pre-contract quantity surveying for infrastructure and civil engineering projects including masterplanning, Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Nice to Have
preference for major international events experience (e. g. expos, sports events, cultural festivals)
What You'll Do.
Lead the preparation of pre-contract cost estimates
and benchmarking for large-scale infrastructure projects
Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and pre-tender estimates using CESSM and other industry standards
Support the development of procurement strategies
and contract formation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design intent and cost objectives
Prepare and review tender documentation
including pricing schedules and contract conditions
Conduct market analysis and engage with supply chain to inform cost data and procurement planning
Assisting in risk and value management and cost control functions
Assisting in identifying
analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
Attendance and representation at commercial meetings
