What They're Looking For.
Must Have
professional Project Controls experience, senior cost engineering experience, detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, performance reporting and analysis, obtain BPSS level security clearance, member of a relevant professional body, familiar with different cost performance reporting, familiar with different cost forecasting techniques, experience leading Cost Control Assurance activities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to make risk-based decisions, leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, ability to navigate through conflict situations
Nice to Have
nuclear experience, Understand how other aspects of Project Controls (Scheduling, Risk Management, Reporting, Change Control) interact with Cost Control
What You'll Do.
Manage work packages and projects
Lead cost control for projects
Manage relationships between time
Create and maintain cost controls and reports
Ensure client objectives are met
Deliver projects to time and cost targets
Tailor Cost Control approaches
Implement cost control systems and procedures
Establish Performance Measurement Baseline
Support change control process
Develop project Cost Breakdown Structures
Map cost estimates to Work Breakdown Structure
Adhere to contract processes for cost data
Lead production of accruals
Update project forecasts
Implement cost capture requirements
Align Purchase Orders with CBS
Validate and interrogate supply chain data
Deliver updates on Cost Control
Guide and influence cost control processes
Develop technical ability of team
