If you are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost engineering principles, we invite you to join Aureol Global Connections and contribute to the financial success of our projects. ### Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects based on scope and specifications. * Monitor and control project costs, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Collaborate with project teams to develop financial forecasts and cash flow projections. * Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and value engineering. * Maintain comprehensive cost documentation and ensure accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. * Assist in contract negotiations and change order management with clients and subcontractors. * Utilize cost control software and tools to track expenses and support project financial management. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to cost management. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related discipline. * Proven experience as a Cost Engineer or in a similar cost management role. * Strong knowledge of cost control techniques, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Proficient in cost management software and MS Office applications. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye fo
