HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated **Cost Control** professional to manage and monitor project costs effectively across various construction projects. The role entails ensuring accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support project financial health and successful delivery. ### Key Responsibilities * Monitor project expenditures and prepare detailed cost reports. * Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures. * Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. * Work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure budget adherence. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in risk mitigation related to project costs. * Support contract administration and change management processes with accurate cost data. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control within construction or engineering sectors. * Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong analytical and numerical skills. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry standards is an advantage.
