Must Have
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cost management, estimating, or quantity surveying, A recognized University Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS); The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and/or Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE)
Nice to Have
Experience with estimating software (e. g. , CostX) is an asset

Support value engineering
Support life-cycle costing
Input into procurement strategies
Draft procurement reports
Support research into construction market conditions
Analyze published market data
Interface with clients
Interface with consultants
Interface with project teams
Support Senior Consultants
Support Associate Directors
Contribute to knowledge management systems
Ensure compliance with quality standards
Participate in ISO audits
Assist Commission Managers
