Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **JOB SUMMARY** Responsible for commercial finance & costing related activities. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Involve in reviewing actual performance against forecast. Work with business and operation teams to drive for cost initiatives and control. · Analyzes cost variations such as Purchase Price Variance, Revaluation, backflush, subcontracting, RTV and scrap. · Reports on material margin, MPV and inventory for the business unit as assigned. · Reviews reports on excesses and obsoletes monthly and quarterly to reduce the inventory risk and claim management. · Involve in new business introduction process by reviewing quote details, profitability, AR, AP and DII. · Work with GBS Team to review and control for AR & AP to improve company cash flow and cash cycle metrics · Ensure timely and accurate month end closing activities and reporting including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis. · Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, regulations accounting policies and procedure. · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** · Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 to 2 years' of relevant work experience **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS** \- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. · Good communication and problem-solving skills. \- Manufacturing industry is preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Pow
