Provide financial insight and data-driven analysis to support cost effective delivery of car development activities
Compare BoM cost actuals of launch car spec assemblies against original budget assumptions
to highlight focus points for cost reduction initiatives
Compare cost variances between previous
current and future specification assemblies
Collate in-season Project Actual costs vs Project Estimated costs
to refine accuracy of budget estimations for future upgrade projects
Weekly reporting of obsolete inventory data
to support the Programme Office with maximizing the cost efficiency of order strategies for in-season upgrade projects
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost transparency
forecasting robustness
and reporting quality
