What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 18 years of age, Possess a valid driver’s license, Read, write, speak and understand English, Professional automotive prepping experience, Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, Able to lift up to 60 pounds independently, Use of safety equipment
Nice to Have
Minimum 6 months professional experience (Paint Prepper), Minimum 1 year professional experience (Entry-Level Painter), Minimum 3 years professional experience (Mid-Level Painter), Minimum 5 years professional experience (Experienced Painter)
What You'll Do.
Identify cosmetic imperfections
Identify repairs pre-reconditioning
Identify repairs post-paint process
Prep vehicles for cosmetic paintwork
Perform final sanding
Use water-based paint
Paint vehicles inside paint booths
Perform painting (base coats
Blend adjacent panels
Perform airbrush work
Perform interior repair
Perform PDR (Paintless Dent Repair)
Perform lube and oil services
Perform brake and tire services
Perform mechanical repair / build
