Job Description Job Title: Corrections Security Technology Sales Representative Location: Omaha, NE (and surrounding areas) Reports to: Director of Sales Compensation: Salary Range: $70K - $80K OTE: $160K-$180K No Commission Cap Job summary: The Corrections Security Technology Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of security and technology solutions designed for correctional facilities, detention centers, and justice institutions. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with public‑sector stakeholders, understanding complex security environments, and delivering technology solutions that enhance safety, compliance, and operational efficiency within correctional settings. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage a sales pipeline for correctional facilities at the local, state, and federal levels Promote and sell correctional security technologies such as surveillance systems, access control, inmate monitoring, communications, body‑worn cameras, software platforms, and integrated security solutions Build strong, long‑term relationships with wardens, sheriffs, correctional administrators, IT leaders, procurement officials, and government decision‑makers Conduct on‑site and virtual product demonstrations tailored to correctional environments and security needs Understand client operational challenges, compliance requirements, and funding constraints to position appropriate solutions Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and bids in coordination with internal engineering, legal, and proposal teams Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, pricing, and contracts in alignment with government procurement standards Coordinate with implementation, support, and project management teams to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within corrections and public safety markets Meet or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining ethical and compliant sales practices Qualifica
