Join our pack and come work (and play!) with us. ## Your Responsibilities Assist with computing and reviewing the worldwide tax provision for quarterly and annual reporting Manage month-end close cadence for tax accruals and reserves Collaborate with external advisors to manage the preparation and review of Rover’s federal and state income tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filings of both corporate and partnership filings Own and enhance tax modeling and forecasting, including cash tax projections, ETR analysis, and scenario planning Assist in managing tax audits and controversy Support transfer pricing implementation and documentation Act as a strategic business partner by assisting with implementation of tax planning opportunities, process improvements, and risk minimization processes Monitor current and proposed US and foreign tax law changes to identify and assess impact on the organization Support M&A activity, including tax due diligence and post-close integration Assist with distribution calculations (E&P, etc.) and related partner reporting Research and draft tax policy memos
