Must Have
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Law, Sustainability, or a related discipline, Extensive experience in P&C data, governance, and operating models, with a command of compliance and external reporting requirements, Proven leadership experience in complex, global organizations, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in ambiguous environments, Strategic and systems-thinking capability, with a track record of designing and scaling cross-functional programs, Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear business implications, High level of rigor in documentation, controls, and audit readiness
Nice to Have
Deep experience in sustainability/ESG reporting, with familiarity with CSRD and the EU Green Deal, Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, or external reporting bodies, Background in leading enterprise transformation initiatives across data, reporting, or governance domains
What You'll Do.
Own and define the global P&C disclosure strategy within the enterprise-wide CSRD program
Serve as the P&C representative and lead in cross-functional sustainability governance
Lead the identification
and management of P&C-related impacts
and opportunities in alignment with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
Define the P&C CSRD sprint backlog and oversee activities across chapters
Ensure full audit readiness for sustainability disclosures and Annual Report contributions
Oversee and govern end-to-end audit processes
Chair and evolve the P&C CSRD Data & Strategy Forum
Design and institutionalize enterprise-wide validation frameworks and reporting controls
Provide strategic oversight of historical data and trend analysis
Act as a recognized subject matter expert on ESRS and the broader sustainability regulatory landscape
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in P&C sustainability reporting
