Must Have
7–10+ years of experience across consulting, product / corporate strategy, or venture, at least 3-4 years in fintech, AI or consumer tech, Consulting background (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar), product intuition, Experience advising on or defining strategy for 0→1 products, A clear point of view on where fintech is going, Excellent problem structuring and communication skills, High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, constantly changing environments
