High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in a security role, Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, Demonstrated expertise in emergency response, Conflict resolution skills, Ability to de-escalate situations, Familiarity with emergency medical protocols, AED operation, Crisis response strategies, Ability to think critically, Ability to apply logic, Ability to apply sound judgment, Knowledge of defensive tactics, Knowledge of security equipment, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Demonstrate professionalism, Excellent communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to work effectively as part of a security team, Ability to work flexible hours, Axon certification required, Valid driver’s license, Ability to travel as needed
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in security management, 5+ years of experience in a security role, Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification, Military background, Law enforcement background, Experience in corporate security, Experience in high-profile executive protection, Familiarity with limited security defensive equipment, Ability to be certified with limited security defensive equipment
What You'll Do.
Conduct regular patrols
