Must be eligible for employment within the United States, Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines, Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening, Must live within driving distance, Must have a current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for guard card, Must have a current BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit or be eligible to qualify for an exposed carry permit, All applicants must be able to pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT), with or without reasonable accommodation, prior to the scheduled start date, Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, Current CCW or firearms permits for potential transition to armed agent status, Prior Military or Law Enforcement (ODO) experience is highly prioritized, Experience with Executive Protection, anti-terrorism protocols, or high-threat driving, International Proficiency: Experience with overseas protection assignments and international travel logistics

Must Have
eligible for employment within the United States, minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines, able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening, live within driving distance, at least 5+ years of physical security experience, current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for guard card, current BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit or be eligible to qualify for an exposed carry permit, high school degree or equivalent, Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies, Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds, Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions, Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, Ability to work independently and as a team member, able to pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT), with or without reasonable accommodation, prior to the scheduled start date, CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required, Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, Demonstrate an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms, writing and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Current CCW or firearms permits for potential transition to armed agent status, Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, Prior Military or Law Enforcement (ODO) experience is highly prioritized, Formal TECC/TCCC (Tactical Casualty Care) certifications, NREMT licensure, or experience with advanced tactical medical integration, Experience with Executive Protection, anti-terrorism protocols, or high-threat driving, Experience with overseas protection assignments and international travel logistics
What You'll Do.
acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
providing emergency response
performing all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures
and all state & federal regulations
responding to emergency events
medical & non-medical issues
staffing deficiencies
and handling client requests in a timely manner
initiating preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal client and company issues
Video Management Systems (VMS)
and Access Control Systems (ACS) to identify and neutralize threats before they escalate
Conduct ongoing site risk assessments and funnel actionable intelligence to leadership to inform high-level decision-making
Maintain "eyes on the ground" for incident verification
implementing specialized physical protocols such as two-swipe entry and strictly controlled access points
Act as the primary dispatcher and communication hub between the GSOC and physical response teams during critical incidents
Deliver advanced detection capabilities by merging digital alarm monitoring with physical security patrols (foot and vehicle)
Oversee badge printing
and technical security integrators to ensure the integrity of client perimeters
Conduct incident reports on accidents
suspicious activities
and system vulnerabilities
maintaining a high level of situational awareness
Provide low-profile physical security for assigned clients
promoting safety and discretion while conducting vulnerability assessments
