Bachelor's degree or higher, 6-8 years individual enterprise sales, Experience using MEDDIC sales processes, Experience using Salesforce.com, Experience over-exceeding quarterly team quotas

Two years managing sales team, Experience with competitors in space

Lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives

Coach direct reports in sales strategy

Coach pipeline management

Coach opportunity management

Coach career planning/development

Recruit experienced sales professionals

Retain experienced sales professionals

Nurture experienced sales professionals

Provide skill training

Mentor on complex sales motions

Collaborate with legal

Deliver product presentations

Juggle multiple internal relationships

Interface with existing clients

Develop professional relationships with clients

Develop professional relationships with prospects

Handle contract negotiations/deals

Develop knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings

Understand competitive landscape

Build win-based proposals

Develop relationships with functional areas

Ensure collaborative approach

Coach AEs in sales cycles
