Full Job Description

**JOB SUMMARY:** The Corporate Sales Executive manages a portfolio of approximately 60-65 corporate accounts within an assigned vertical/industry, including a blend of existing customers and key prospects. They are responsible for growing revenue share by positioning Choice hotels within their customers’ corporate travel programs, identifying and securing project business, and winning RFPs for groups and meetings. Candidates for the role of this client-facing role will be expected to have or to develop expertise within their assigned vertical/industry, including a deep understanding of its travel trends and buying criteria. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** _Account Management_ * Manage Choice relationships with approximately 60-65 corporate accounts within an assigned vertical/industry * Lead preferred travel program negotiations and bids for groups, events, and project RFPs * Develop account plans aligned with client goals and Choice’s corporate strategy * Conduct executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions that demonstrate business performance, pipeline opportunities, and incremental revenue strategies _Business Development_ * Identify potential customers through research, networking and lead generation channels * Identify key decision makers within prospective accounts to secure meetings * Educate potential accounts about Choice brands and product offerings * Convert prospects to high-performing accounts to increase the corporate customer base _Portfolio Planning & Administration_ * Update and maintain customer information in CRM system * Participate in sales, brand, product, and system training * Develop and document account strategy, a detailed action plan and specific activities * Prepare and conduct customer Quarterly Business Reviews / Planning Sessions **QUALIFICATIONS:** _Employment Experience_ * 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry * Demonstrable experience managing enterprise customers and
