As a Corporate Recruitment Specialist at FLINT, you will be responsible for talent acquisition for the corporate division, performing full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions to help build a best-in-class workforce. Based out of Calgary, this permanent opportunity requires a minimum of 5 years of corporate recruitment experience. What would you be doing? * Create compelling job postings and proactively source potential candidates utilizing various channels/methods, headhunting, job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. * Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, and experience. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and conducting interviews, facilitating background checks and offer stage process ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill these roles. * Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives and build a strong talent network.
