Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, High sense of urgency and follow-through, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Experience utilizing or quickly learning Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies, Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and drive for success

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree, Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals or supporting similar industries, Agency recruiting experience, Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments, Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms, Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices

Lead recruiting efforts for Industrial Sales teams

Partner closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent

Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship development

Serve as a consultative partner to hiring leaders by providing recruiting strategy

and creative hiring solutions

Maintain a focus on performance metrics and hiring results

Manage multiple searches simultaneously
