Must Have

3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, At least 2 years in-house recruitment, Bachelor degree in Business administration, Fluent in English, Fluent in Dutch (C1 level)

What You'll Do.

Manage recruiting process end-to-end

Do intakes with hiring managers

Coordinate interviews

Post and manage job ads

Source and approach candidates proactively

Do first-line screening

Assess role fit and motivation

Coordinate interviews end-to-end

Scheduling interviews

Interview preparation

Candidate communication

Partner with hiring managers

Ensure feedback is timely

Maintain clean recruiting operations

Keep vacancy texts consistent

Keep outreach consistent

Keep candidate experience consistent

Improve candidate experience

Improve hiring manager enablement
