This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window. **Job Description** **Position Overview** As a Corporate Recruiter at Invenergy, you will support the growth of our business by leading the full life cycle recruiting process for corporate positions. The Corporate Recruiter will partner closely with hiring leaders and their teams to build recruiting strategies, attract and assess talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This is a full-time, in-office position based in downtown Chicago. **Responsibilities** * Lead the full life cycle recruiting process for corporate positions * Take a hands-on, consultative approach to partnering with internal hiring teams * Proactively provide status updates and market insights to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process * Develop and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with leaders including passive recruitment efforts * Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process * Deliver Invenergy’s value proposition to candidates in a compelling way * Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process * Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting on recruiting progress and results * Use sound, professional judgement in all interactions and foster an equal employment opportunity environment * Participate in talent acquisition initia
