Must Have
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house setting, Demonstrated experience recruiting for both exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly/frontline) roles, Proven, hands-on sourcing skills — you can build a pipeline from scratch and find people who are not actively looking, Comfortable working with ambiguity, juggling competing priorities, and figuring things out without a perfect playbook, High attention to detail with a sense of urgency and personal ownership
Nice to Have
Experience building sourcing strategies from the ground up or improving broken recruiting processes, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience

We are seeking an exceptional Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our Accredited Labs team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and have a direct impact on how we attract, assess, and hire top talent across a diverse mix of corporate and frontline roles. The ideal candidate is resourceful and scrappy — someone who gets creative when pipelines run dry, pushes back when a job description doesn’t make sense, and genuinely loves the hunt. You bring both rigor and relationship-building to every search, and you know how to influence hiring decisions, not just execute them. As our Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruiting across exempt and non-exempt roles — from corporate functions like Calibration, Finance, HR, and Operations to hourly and frontline positions. This role is pivotal in shaping how Accredited Labs grows its workforce, strengthening our employer brand, and building the processes that make great hiring repeatable. This position is 100% Remote and can sit anywhere in the US. Day to Day Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruiting for a diverse mix of exempt and non-exempt roles across various functions (Calibration, Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, HR). Lead proactive, multi-channel sourcing efforts through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, social media, talent communities, referrals, and creative outreach — this is not a post-and-pray role. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, challenge assumptions, and build effective, bias-aware interview processes. Bring market intelligence and competitive data to stakeholder conversations, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just an order-taker.
