As the owner of both internal and external visitor experiences, you'll be responsible for providing the highest possible standards of engagement with our internal and external customers through all front-of-house and meeting & event services. This dynamic role requires you to be customer and quality obsessed while maintaining high security awareness and comprehensive knowledge of onsite emergency procedures. You'll play a crucial part in creating positive, memorable experiences that reflect JLL's commitment to excellence and innovation in real estate services. ## What your day-to-day will look like: * Take ownership of internal and external visitor experiences, delivering core front-of-house services including sign-in, badging, luggage management, and lost and found * Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public while receiving and relaying telephone, email, and other queries * Maintain awareness of onsite events to personalize visitor experiences and proactively uphold presentation standards across front-of-house and meeting areas * Perform physical setup of meeting and event spaces following team guidelines and EHS considerations while monitoring room environments for furniture, equipment, and consumables * Creat
