What You'll Do.
Provide professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
Manage reception area
Coordinate and deliver meeting room and hospitality experience
Oversee visitor registration processes
Maintain access protocols
Handle incoming calls
Direct enquiries efficiently and professionally
Manage meeting room bookings
Ensure effective utilisation of shared spaces
Liaise with internal teams
Liaise with building management
Liaise with external service providers
Support general office operations
Maintain communication with stakeholders
