Must Have

Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate transaction management, space and occupancy planning, facility management, or project management, Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, professional environment, Experience directly supporting or advising business leaders on space or workforce strategy, Experience managing or directing third-party brokerage partners or external advisors, Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, Demonstrated experience leading or materially contributing to complex real estate transactions, including renewals, new leases, relocations, and dispositions, ability to analyze complex information, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend practical solutions, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences, High level of accountability, initiative and comfort working independently on visible, high-impact work, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, construction, or a related field, Experience working with space planning, system furniture concepts, and workplace design, Familiarity with building regulations, including health and safety guidelines, analytical mindset with attention to detail, Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and respond to time-critical issues
