This diversification in activities and geography pays off by reducing our risk exposure What You’ll Drive Procurement Strategy & Governance * Implement and continuously refine the centralized procurement framework across the region. * Maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure procurement integrity in all dealings. * Ensure compliance with BESIX procurement policies, contractual standards, and governance rules. Digital Procurement Systems * Work within digital procurement platforms and lead further system enhancements and integration (Felix or other / Candy / 4PS). * Standardize workflows, approval systems, templates, and reporting. * Train project teams and ensure full adoption across all business units. Project Support & Operations Integration * Manage weekly project visits by proc. team to review procurement status with project teams. * Facilitate procurement planning sessions and risk reviews. * Ensure procurement schedules are aligned with overall project programs and critical path activiti
