What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, 2,000 total flight hours, 500 hours in a multi-engine turbojet or multi-engine turboprop aircraft, Experience in a multi crew environment, Air Transport Pilot License (ATP), Valid driver’s license, Valid passport, Valid FAA First Class Medical certificate, interpersonal communication and customer service skills, Team oriented and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
3,500 total flight hours, 1,000 hours as PIC in a multi crew environment, 1,000 hours in a multi engine turbine aircraft, DA-EASY or DA-2EASY type rating, FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s Permit

Maintain and promote a culture of safety
Ensure efficient flight operations
Provide leadership and guidance to flight crews
Ensure adherence to safety standards
Ensure optimal flight performance
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights
Comply with all relevant regulations
Ensure assigned aircraft are properly equipped
Complete all necessary forms and documentation
Follow policies for destination airport operations

Provide leadership and guidance to flight crews; Coordination with passengers, dispatch officers, and other relevant agencies
