What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in partnership services, marketing, sponsorships, or a related field, project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with CRM or project management tools
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field, Experience in sports, media, agency, or sponsorship environments, Experience managing complex or multi-channel partnership activations, Familiarity with partnership measurement, reporting, and proof of performance, Experience identifying renewal or upsell opportunities within existing client relationships
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day relationships for corporate partners
Lead planning and execution of partnership activations
Ensure contractual elements are delivered on time
Develop and maintain activation plans and timelines
Monitor partnership performance and provide reporting
Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales
Maintain accurate partnership information within CRM systems
Apply industry knowledge to inform activation strategies
Support onboarding and provide guidance to junior team members
