What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of five years of specialized experience in corporate law, Experience with state filing systems and related corporate filing platforms, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe

Maintaining confidentiality of client information and matters
Performing other related duties as assigned
