Full Job Description
Drive multi-channel corporate and partner marketing campaigns that grow membership, strengthen retention and test new initiatives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the focus is on supporting the delivery of marketing plans and campaigns across HCF Corporate & Partnerships, contributing to member growth through a mix of owned partner channels and paid activity. The position is responsible for coordinating and delivering ongoing multi-channel campaigns, ensuring activity aligns to business priorities and achieves measurable outcomes. It plays a key role in bringing HCF and RT campaigns to life across the corporate and partner network, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. This role also provides BAU support across corporate and partner collateral, maintaining the core suite of materials and ensuring partner-facing assets are delivered accurately and on time. It contributes to retention-focused activity, including Health & Wellbeing content, supporting engagement with corporate members. A proactive, self-driven approach is important, with the ability to translate plans into action in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
