Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms, Working knowledge of Internet Listing Services (ILS) platforms such as Apartments. com, CollegeStudentApartments, and related multifamily/student housing marketing channels, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Monitor and manage online reputation across platforms such as Google and ApartmentRatings
