What You'll Do.
liaise with editors both internal and external to index their journals in third-party products to ensure maximum exposure
work closely with our technical team to set up an electronic darts feed/subscription for delivery of content to comply with contractual agreements
maintain and update our indexed journals spreadsheet
which feeds into Power BI
so editors always know where their journals are indexed
Manage queries/requests received through personal or generic email/teams meetings
Support the Corporate licensing team to carry out research into different products to expand the journal's exposure
Collaborate with Customer Services to allocate generated invoices and pursue outstanding payment collections
Work with our current partners
informing them of any new titles which we feel would fit in their product
Upload new agreements and addendums to our DocuSign database
and maintain DocuSign document metadata up to date
Compile and circulate annual price increases to third-party customers to ensure they have information on all new/ceased titles and that they are charging our current fees
Work on internal systems to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of journals
Support and involvement with departmental projects
Managing internal shared mailbox
Manage relationships with Gratis partners and inform Corporate Licensing Executive of opportunities to transition to a Commercial agreement from Gratis
Assistance in onboarding new systems/processes
Preparing data sets as requested
