What You'll Do.
Ensure that the Sanofi legal entity structure is kept in accordance to business needs and legal requirements
Ensure appropriate corporate governance standards
Ensure timely implementation of complex French company/corporate law restructuring transactions
multi-jurisdiction restructuring transactions and support of M&A transactions
drafting documentation on complex French company/corporate law restructuring transactions and multi-jurisdiction restructuring transactions
Providing advice and information on company/corporate law and governance questions
managing of legal entities with all sorts of legal forms
Supporting M&A activities and transactions
Supervising/managing company/corporate legal work (annual compliance
standard transactions)
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinating legal advice/documents with all concerned stakeholders from all concerned functions at global and local level
Communication Scope
Very good communication skills especially in a multi-cultural, global, and complex matrix environment
