This position enables other teams by fostering a self-service model, empowering users to be autonomous. Automating infrastructure tasks, workflows and integrations is an essential tool to enable our users. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO Optimize Service Continuity: ensure service level and uptime for infrastructure components, including upgrades for corporate applications (SAP, Sailpoint). Optimize VM and Cloud resource usage to requirements, enabling Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD), and ensuring proper backups.
