Must Have

Experience managing corporate governance or company secretarial processes, ideally across multiple jurisdictions, knowledge of corporate compliance obligations, including filings, resolutions, and board-level governance, Ability to work independently in a decentralised environment, coordinating across teams without direct authority, Comfort working with governance software solutions and an interest in identifying opportunities for process automation, A highly organised, detail-oriented approach with communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

What You'll Do.

Maintain and improve corporate governance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practice

Identify and implement automation solutions for existing manual governance processes

improving efficiency and scalability

Ensure completeness of entity statutory records and registers across SumUp’s global entity structure

Manage corporate resolutions and approvals at board and shareholder level

ensuring accuracy and timely execution

Handle corporate filings and compliance obligations

including annual accounts

confirmation statements

and corporate changes across multiple jurisdictions

and minute an annual schedule of board meetings globally

including agenda setting

and follow-up tracking
