Must Have
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and French, A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law, or in the process of obtaining such a degree, An interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research and data collection, A good eye for detail, Good command of Excel, The ability to assimilate large quantities of information, work independently and take initiative while also being a team player, An organized and structured mind
Nice to Have
Comfortable working with structured methodologies and maintaining high levels of accuracy under time pressure, research and analytical thinking skills, even if gained through academic projects, internships, or administrative experience, Work independently while remaining collaborative within an international team environment, Previous exposure to research, accounting, compensation/rewards, governance, legal, or detail-oriented analytical work, Arabic is a plus
What You'll Do.
Assisting analysts by closely inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies
Performing analyses about executive remuneration and pay practices for assigned markets
Complying with ISS methodology on pay for performance analysis and qualitative assessment of listed companies
Reviewing annual reports
and other corporate disclosures to extract relevant executive compensation data
Analyzing compensation structures for executive and management board members
Applying internal methodologies consistently to ensure high-quality and standardized data delivery
Working with internal Excel-based templates and data systems to input and validate compensation-related information accurately
Summarizing complex disclosures into concise and structured data points
Supporting coverage of the French market and potentially Benelux and MENA-related companies
Operating in a deadline-driven environment during proxy season
