Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, 6+ years of experience in Strategic/Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a related analytical field at a high-growth public technology company, Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills, Proven ability to manage competing priorities, Proven ability to work cross-functionally, Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
Experience in FP&A, Corporate or Strategic Finance, consulting, equity research, or data science/analytics, Prior experience working in consumer marketplace or SaaS businesses, Experience operating in a public company environment, Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and insights

Lead monthly forecast cycles

Partner with the Accounting team on month-end close
Ensure accuracy of G&A actuals
Perform timely accruals
Perform reclassifications
Perform variance analysis
Operate effectively in ambiguous situations
Establish structure where it's lacking
Challenge existing processes
Adapt quickly as organizational priorities and business needs
