Willingness to travel for site visits, manage events on-site, flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and extended hours, Travel is required for this role, Approximate amount of travel per year is 20%, Ability to lift materials/objects weighing up to 30 lbs, requires at least 4 days in our New York City office

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of full-time Event Management experience, corporate event planning, C-suite experience, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Reside in the NYC tri-state area, experience with both in-person and hybrid events, Willingness to travel for site visits, manage events on-site, flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and extended hours, Ability to lift materials/objects weighing up to 30 lbs, requires at least 4 days in our New York City office

What You'll Do.

Manage and produce internal and external events

Lead planning of assigned meetings and events

Develop and manage event budgets

Track expenses during planning process

Process vendor invoices and wire transfers

Conduct post-event budget reconciliation

Take ownership of comprehensive event services

Establish and cultivate relationships with providers

Gather feedback from attendees

Analyze event metrics

Prepare post-event reports

Support department head in process optimization

Standardize budget tracking

Leverage event technology

Analyze event success

Improve attendee experience
