What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, start-up or corporate development, analytical skills with the ability to analyze data independently and derive clear conclusions and recommendations from it, comprehensive knowledge of strategic challenges and opportunities in an online subscription business model, understanding of and interest in market and competitive trends, excellent perceptive skills with exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement processes, high level of initiative and commitment to the quality of work results as well as a structured and energetic way of working, innovative spirit, entrepreneurial thinking and the ambition to contribute to our growth story, targeted communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, excellent English and German language skills
