Corporate Development Manager - LATAM Ebury Mexico City Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week Ebury has designated LATAM as a primary growth pillar, with an immediate strategic focus on the Andean Region. To deliver on this mandate, we require a dedicated Corporate Development Manager with deep expertise at the intersection of Fintech and regulation. The complexity of these specific markets demands a lead capable of launching and scaling operations in high-barrier environments. This role is critical to mitigating regulatory risk and accelerating our time-to-market, ensuring Ebury successfully converts its regional expansion strategy into operational revenue. What you’ll do Lead the definition and execution of the roadmap for launching and scaling Ebury in LATAM (specifically Argentina, Colombia, or Peru), providing qualitative analysis to support the broader Americas corporate strategy. Collaborate with Regulatory Expansion, Legal, and Compliance teams to lead regulator relationships and work with external partners to ensure compliant operations in complex environments. Navigate the intersection of Fintech and local regulation, managing critical relationships to secure licenses and operational stability across the region. Manage end-to-end projects focused on delivering both organic and inorganic growth (M specific experience in Payments, Lending, or FX is a strong advantage.
