Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or corporate development, Proficiency or subject matter expertise in AI and other emerging disruptive technologies, Technical skills to support financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring, High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities, Ability to thrive in a lean team environment and take ownership of complex projects

What You'll Do.
Source and evaluate acquisitions/divestitures
investments and JV opportunities
Lead end-to-end transaction processes
Develop investment cases
Secure approvals through governance process
Negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements
Monitor portfolio of funds and direct investments
Structure and execute partnerships with early-stage companies
and maintain a deep network of
Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers
Stay on top of industry trends/dynamics
Understand and bring in outside thinking
Prepare executive-level presentations
Make recommendations for senior leadership and the Board
Represent Guardian at industry events
Partner with business leaders and integration teams
Ensure successful post-close execution and synergy realization
