World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.  ## Your Daily Adventures Will Include Define and develop Outreach’s corporate development strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives Identify acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities that expand product capabilities, market presence, and technical differentiation Conduct market landscape analysis to inform build vs buy decisions Lead end-to-end M&A execution including target sourcing, valuation modeling, diligence coordination, negotiation, and deal structuring Build detailed financial models and present investment recommendations to executive leaders and BoD Drive post-merger integration planning and execution Ensure cultural alignment and operational continuity Establish synergy targets and track performance post-close ## Our Vision of You 9+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or strategic finance Proven track record leading complex M&A transactions from sourcing through integration Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise Ability to operate strategically while driving tactical execution Experience presenting to executive teams and BoDs Data driven and highly analytical High integrity and discretion-minded Experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments preferred
