Demonstrated experience in corporate development, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, strategic finance, or a closely related role in a high-performance environment, Experience within the financial services or fintech sector, financial modeling, valuation, quantitative analytical capabilities, rigorous attention to detail, Highly autonomous, reliable, accountable, demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks within a small team and fast-paced environment, strategic thinking, ability to handle multiple workflows end-to-end, communicate clearly with senior executives and external partners

Nice to Have

CA, CFA, relevant postgraduate qualification

What You'll Do.

Support equity fundraising

Prepare investor materials

Manage due diligence process

Assist with debt capital initiatives

Reporting and analysis

Maintain and develop corporate financial model

Execute scenario analysis

Support budgeting and forecasting

Support evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities

Analyze product unit economics

Identify profitability drivers

Prepare financial reports

Prepare presentations for Board of Directors and investors
