Must Have
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, 5-10+ years experience in Deal orientated team (TS/TAS, M&A), or investment banking / corporate advisory within a professional services and / or Corporate development or FP&A within a data-rich corporate setting, Experience in project managing corporate level projects (such as M&A and ECM transactions), understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, deep proficiency in 3-way modelling

MBA or equivalent qualification
